3D printing for business: technical parts, replacements and short runs.

We produce 3D printed parts for automotive, home appliance service, production and maintenance. From one-off components to repeatable batches - without injection mould tooling costs, including material selection, basic inspection and reverse engineering from a physical sample.

256 × 256 × 256 mm The standard build volume for a single part is up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger details are assessed individually - often they can be split, joined or produced using a different execution method.

What we make

We are most useful when a part is unavailable, too expensive, when a prototype must be checked quickly or when a small batch is needed without tooling.

Technical parts and prototypes

Technical parts and prototypes

Brackets, adapters, spacers, guards, guides, mounting parts and test components for specific applications.

Replacement and repair parts

Replacement and repair parts

Replacements for cracked or unavailable plastic elements: clips, pins, mounts, covers, caps and guards.

Short-run production

Short-run production

Repeatable parts for companies, test batches and low-volume production without mould costs.

Functional and display parts

Functional and display parts

Organisers, stands, holders, POS elements, workshop equipment, simple branded items and custom details.

When 3D printing makes business sense

01

No market availability

A part can be recreated from a damaged sample, photos, dimensions or technical documentation.

02

Too few units for moulding

For one-off pieces and short series there is no need to pay for injection mould design and production.

03

Fast prototype

A part can be tested in real use, adjusted and only then ordered as a larger batch.

04

Custom requirements

Colour, material, mounting, marking, working tolerances and finish are selected for the application.

Materials and finishing

We print with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and PETG-CF. The material is selected according to load, working temperature, outdoor resistance and expected appearance.

  • PLA - fast prototypes, visual models, decorative parts and low-load details.
  • PETG - functional parts, brackets, guards and parts requiring good mechanical resistance.
  • ABS / ASA - technical parts, chemically smoothed elements and parts requiring higher temperature resistance.
  • PETG-CF - stiffer matte technical parts where stability and surface appearance matter.

Chemical smoothing for ABS and ASA

Selected ABS and ASA parts can be chemically smoothed. It can create a more uniform, aesthetic surface, often visually close to injection moulded parts. Not every geometry and not every application is suitable, so we assess this before quotation.

Single print size

The standard build volume for a single part is up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger details are assessed individually - often they can be split, joined or produced using a different execution method.

No 3D file? That is not a dead end.

We can prepare a model from a physical sample, damaged part, photos, sketch or dimensions. When recreating a part, we check geometry, load direction, possible weak points and material choice. Not every part is worth printing - if the technology is not suitable, we will say so before the order.

  • recreation of simple parts from a physical sample
  • modelling holders, adapters, caps and covers
  • adapting the model for 3D printing and short-run production
  • larger parts possible after project assessment

How the process works

1. File, photo or description

Send STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, sketch, photo or information about what the part is supposed to do.

2. Assessment and material selection

We check geometry, material, print orientation, possible risks and estimated production time.

3. Quotation and printing

After approval we print the part, check the basic dimensions and prepare shipping or local pickup.

4. Series or revision

After testing a single part, we can produce a revised version or a short run of repeatable parts.
