Technical parts and prototypes
Brackets, adapters, spacers, guards, guides, mounting parts and test components for specific applications.
We produce 3D printed parts for automotive, home appliance service, production and maintenance. From one-off components to repeatable batches - without injection mould tooling costs, including material selection, basic inspection and reverse engineering from a physical sample.
We are most useful when a part is unavailable, too expensive, when a prototype must be checked quickly or when a small batch is needed without tooling.
Brackets, adapters, spacers, guards, guides, mounting parts and test components for specific applications.
Replacements for cracked or unavailable plastic elements: clips, pins, mounts, covers, caps and guards.
Repeatable parts for companies, test batches and low-volume production without mould costs.
Organisers, stands, holders, POS elements, workshop equipment, simple branded items and custom details.
A part can be recreated from a damaged sample, photos, dimensions or technical documentation.
For one-off pieces and short series there is no need to pay for injection mould design and production.
A part can be tested in real use, adjusted and only then ordered as a larger batch.
Colour, material, mounting, marking, working tolerances and finish are selected for the application.
We print with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and PETG-CF. The material is selected according to load, working temperature, outdoor resistance and expected appearance.
Selected ABS and ASA parts can be chemically smoothed. It can create a more uniform, aesthetic surface, often visually close to injection moulded parts. Not every geometry and not every application is suitable, so we assess this before quotation.
The standard build volume for a single part is up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger details are assessed individually - often they can be split, joined or produced using a different execution method.
We can prepare a model from a physical sample, damaged part, photos, sketch or dimensions. When recreating a part, we check geometry, load direction, possible weak points and material choice. Not every part is worth printing - if the technology is not suitable, we will say so before the order.
Send STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, sketch, photo or information about what the part is supposed to do.
We check geometry, material, print orientation, possible risks and estimated production time.
After approval we print the part, check the basic dimensions and prepare shipping or local pickup.
After testing a single part, we can produce a revised version or a short run of repeatable parts.
Send a photo, file or short application description. We will assess whether 3D printing is the right production method.
